March 2024

There will be no class on Monday, March 4, 2024.

December 2023 and January 2024

Due to the inclement weather, and possibly dangerous road conditions, class for Monday, January 22 will be online only.

There will be no class on Monday, December 25, 2023, January 1, 2024 or January 8, 2024. Monday class will resume on Monday, January 15.

November 2023

There will be no class on Monday, November 13, 2023.

May 2023

Class on Monday, May 29, 2023 will be on-line only.

March 2023

There will be no class on Monday, March 27, 2023.

December 2022 and January 2023

We will be participating in a pre-Kwanzaa program on Saturday, December 10. Contact us for more details.

We will take a break starting Monday, December 26. Classes will resume on Monday, January 9.

October and November 2022

Class is cancelled on Monday, October 24 and Wednesday, November 2.

August 2022

Class is cancelled on Monday, August 1 and 22. Also, on Saturday, August 27, Chicago Malandros will be teaching Capoiera at the Soul Yoga Fest. 

January 2022

Our new Monday class starts this month at the Yogaskills Bronzeville Studio! Join us starting Monday, January 17, 2022.

December 2021

Class for Friday, December 17 will be on Zoom.

December's last class will be December 22. Afterwards, we'll take a short break for the Winter.

November 2021

There will be no Capoeira class on Friday, November 5.

October 2021

There will be no Capoeira class on the following dates: October 7, 27, and 29.

September 2021

There will be no class on Friday, September 10.
